Mumm-Ra sono stati una band indie rock inglese originaria di Bexhill on Sea. Il fondatore Niall Buckler aveva solo quattordici anni quando ha formato il gruppo, che prende il nome da Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living, il principale antagonista del cartoon degli anni '80 Thundercats.
