Kayo Dot ist eine amerikanische Avant-Rock- und Experimentalmusik-Gruppe, die 2003 von Toby Driver gegründet wurde. Ihr Debütalbum *Choirs of the Eye* wurde im selben Jahr auf dem Label Tzadik Records von John Zorn veröffentlicht. Tzadik beschreibt die Gruppe als «eine kraftvolle Integration von Elementen der modernen klassischen Komposition mit den Schichten von Gitarren und Gesang, die im Rock und Metal üblich sind.
