Zucchero, pseudonimo di Adelmo Fornaciari (Reggio nell'Emilia, 25 settembre 1955), è un cantautore e musicista italiano considerato uno dei più importanti interpreti del blues mediterraneo. La sua musica fonde elementi di soul, blues americani e tradizione musicale italiana, creando un sound originale e riconoscibile a livello internazionale. Dopo gli esordi negli anni '80 con album come "Il volo", Zucchero ha raggiunto la fama mondiale con "Blu" (1991) e "Miserere" (1996), quest'ultimo realizzato in collaborazione con Pavarotti.
