A Silver Mt. Zion ist eine kanadische Musikgruppe, die 1999 in Montreal als Ableger von Godspeed You! Black Emperor gegründet wurde. Der ursprüngliche Kern bestand aus Mitgliedern des GY!BE-Kollektivs, aber das Projekt expandierte sich bald mit der Hinzufügung neuer Musiker, Stimmen und einem breiteren Klangspektrum.
