Donald Jay Fagen (nascosto a Passaic, New Jersey, 10 gennaio 1948) è un cantautore, compositore e produttore discografico statunitense. Famoso per il suo stile vocale distintivo e le sue intricate composizioni musicali, Fagen è principalmente noto come cofondatore e membro principale degli Steely Dan, una band di rock progressivo/jazz fusion attiva dal 1971 al 1981 e poi sporadicamente fino ai giorni nostri.
