Yankee Grey è stato un gruppo musicale country americano formatosi a Cincinnati, Ohio. Il gruppo era composto da sei membri: David Buchanan (basso), Matthew Basford (chitarra solista), Joe Caverlee (violino), Kevin Griffin (batteria), Jerry Hughes (tastiere) e Tim Hunt (voce principale).
