Zucchero, pseudonimo di Adelmo Fornaciari (Reggio nell'Emilia, 25 settembre 1955), è un cantautore e musicista italiano considerato uno dei più importanti interpreti del blues mediterraneo. La sua musica fonde elementi di soul, blues americani e tradizione musicale italiana, creando un sound originale e riconoscibile a livello internazionale.
