Roger Cicero (1970-2016) è stato un cantautore e musicista tedesco di origini rumene. Considerato uno dei più importanti artisti della scena musicale tedesca degli anni 2000, ha saputo coniugare con successo elementi jazz, soul e pop, creando un sound unico e riconoscibile. Nato a Amburgo da genitori rumeni, Cicero inizia la sua carriera musicale negli anni '90 come cantante in locali di Berlino. Nel 2000 pubblica il suo album di debutto "Macht die Augen zu", che ottiene un grande successo di pubblico e critica. Nel corso della sua carriera ha collaborato con artisti del calibro di Max Raabe, Herbert Grönemeyer e Ute Lemper.
