Zucchero, pseudonimo di Adelmo Fornaciari (Reggio nell'Emilia, 25 settembre 1955), è un cantautore e musicista italiano considerato uno dei più importanti interpreti del blues mediterraneo. La sua musica fonde elementi di soul, blues americani e tradizione musicale italiana, creando un sound originale e riconoscibile a livello internazionale. Dopo gli esordi negli anni '80 con album come "Il volo", Zucchero ha raggiunto la fama mondiale con "Blu" (1991) e "Miserere" (1996), quest'ultimo realizzato in collaborazione con Pavarotti. Tra i suoi brani più celebri figurano "Senza una donna", "Diavola", "Baila (Sexy Thing)" e "Il mare". Zucchero ha collaborato con numerosi artisti internazionali, tra cui Bono Vox degli U2, Sting e Eric Clapton.
