Ashton Fletcher Irwin (Sydney, 7. Juli 1994) ist ein australischer Sänger und Musiker. Bekannt dafür, dass er der Schlagzeuger und Co-Autor der Songs der Pop-Rock-Band 5 Seconds of Summer ist, startete er 2020 seine Solokarriere mit dem Album „Superbloom“. Irwin erhielt musikalische Ausbildung von klein auf, lernte im Alter von sechs Jahren Schlagzeug zu spielen. Im Jahr 2011 gründete er zusammen mit seinen Freunden Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood und Michael Clifford die 5 Seconds of Summer, die dank ihres energiegeladenen Pop-Punk-Sounds und ihrer fesselnden Live-Auftritte schnell international erfolgreich wurden. Irwin ist bekannt für seine solide Schlagzeugtechnik und seine eingängigen Melodien.
