Athlete ist eine englische Indie-Rock-Band, die 2003 den Ivor Novello Award gewann und in Deptford, London, gegründet wurde. Die Band besteht aus Joel Pott (Gesang und Gitarre), Carey Willetts (Bass und Backing Vocals), Stephen Roberts (Schlagzeug und Backing Vocals) und Tim Wanstall (Keyboards und Backing Vocals).
