Hot Chip ist eine britische elektronische Musikband, die 2001 in London gegründet wurde. Die Band besteht aus Alexis Taylor (Gesang), Joe Goddard (Keyboards, Synthesizer), Al Doyle (Gitarre, Keyboards) und Tom Hughes (Schlagzeug). Bekannt ist Hot Chip für seine energiegeladenen Dance-Pop-Rhythmen, eingängigen Melodien und nachdenklichen Texten.
