Cephalic Carnage ist eine amerikanische Grindcore-Band, die 1992 in Denver, Colorado gegründet wurde. Die Band besteht aus dem Sänger Lenzig Leal, dem Gitarristen Steve Goldberg, dem Schlagzeuger John Merryman und dem Bassisten Nick Schendzielos.
