Born From Pain è una band hardcore olandese proveniente dalla regione di Oostelijke Mijnstreek, parte dell'infame M.O.C., formatasi nel 1997. Da allora hanno raggiunto la fama grazie a concerti energici e sono diventati un gruppo internazionale. Hanno fatto tour in tutta Europa, negli Stati Uniti e in Giappone, condividendo il palco con band di spicco come Hatebreed, Madball, Zero Mentality, Six Feet Under, Soulfly e Agnostic Front. Nel marzo 2007, il frontman di lunga data Che ha lasciato la band per motivi personali. È stato temporaneamente sostituito da Carl Schwartz, frontman di First Blood, e Scott Vogel di Terror. La band ha poi trovato un cantante a tempo pieno in Kevin Otto della band deathcore tedesca 'End of Days'.
