Before Their Eyes ist eine Post-Hardcore-Band aus Findlay, Ohio. Derzeit unter Vertrag bei Rise Records, wurde die Band ursprünglich von dem Sänger Nick Moore und Jim Nahorny gegründet, der zuvor in „The Drama Summer“ spielte. Der Name der Band stammt aus dem Bibelvers Romans 3:18: «Es gibt keine Furcht vor Gott vor ihren Augen». Einen Monat nach ihrer Gründung verließ Jim Nahorny die Band, um sein Studium abzuschließen und sich anderen Interessen zu widmen. Das Lied „Their Throats are Open Graves“ basiert auf dem Vers Römer 3:13. Das zweite Album der Band, *The Dawn of My Death*, wurde am 28. Oktober 2008 veröffentlicht und erreichte Platz 10 in den Billboard Heatseekers Charts.
