Timothy Charles Buckley, noto semplicemente come Tim Buckley, è stato un cantautore e musicista statunitense nato a Hillside, New Jersey, il 14 febbraio 1947. Considerato uno dei pionieri del cantautorato sperimentale degli anni '60 e '70, Buckley ha lasciato un'eredità musicale unica per la sua voce potente e melodica, le sue composizioni poetiche e l'uso innovativo di strumenti acustici ed elettronici.
