Meg and Dia è una band rock americana formatasi a Los Angeles nel 2004. Il duo è composto dalle sorelle Meg e Dia Frampton. La loro musica è caratterizzata da un sound pop-rock energico, con influenze indie e alternative. Dopo aver pubblicato due album di successo, "This Is the New Sound" (2008) e "Something Real" (2010), la band si scioglie nel 2012.
