Herman's Hermits sind eine englische Rockband, die 1963 in Manchester als Herman and The Hermits gegründet wurde. Die Gruppe, geleitet vom Manager und Produzenten Mickie Most, wählte ein sauberes und unbedrohliches Image, obwohl sie ursprünglich im R and B-Genre aktiv war. Dieser Ansatz trug zum enormen Erfolg von Herman's Hermits Mitte der 1960er Jahre bei, schränkte aber ihre Kreativität ein, indem die Originalstücke von Noone, Hopwood, Leckenby und Green als B-Seiten und Albumtracks relegiert wurden. Der Höhepunkt des Erfolgs wurde mit Hits wie "I'm Henry the Eighth, I Am", "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter" und "Can't You See" erreicht. Herman's Hermits setzten bis in die 1970er Jahre die Aufnahme- und Bühnenaktivitäten fort und behielten eine treue Fangemeinde.
