The Rembrandts sono un duo musicale statunitense formatosi nel 1989 da Phil Solem e Danny Wilde. I due avevano precedentemente collaborato come membri del gruppo Great Buildings negli anni '80. Il loro genere musicale si colloca nell'ambito dell'alternative rock, con influenze pop e folk. La band ha raggiunto il successo internazionale a metà degli anni '90 grazie alla canzone "I'll Be There for You", utilizzata come sigla di apertura della celebre sitcom Friends. Questo brano è diventato il loro maggiore successo, contribuendo ad aumentare la loro popolarità globale.
