Primal Scream ist eine britische Rockband, die 1982 in Glasgow gegründet wurde. Sie gelten als Pioniere der Shoegaze-Bewegung der 1990er Jahre und haben seitdem Genres wie Elektronik und Psychedelic erkundet. Ihr Sound zeichnet sich durch kraftvolle Rockenergie, psychedelische Einflüsse und einen innovativen Einsatz von Synthesizern aus.
