Biografia

Nonpoint ist eine US-amerikanische Alternative-Metal-Band, die 1997 in Florida gegründet wurde. Bekannt für ihre unglaubliche Kohärenz hat die Band seit ihrer Gründung die gleiche Besetzung beibehalten. Ihr Sound, der sich durch schwere Riffs und eingängige Melodien auszeichnet, hat ihnen in den USA eine treue Fangemeinde beschert, wobei ihre Songs häufig in den Mainstream-Rock-Charts vertreten sind. Zu ihren bekanntesten Alben gehören *Separate Yourself* (1997), *Ignition* (2002) und *Vengeance* (2007). Die Band erlangte auch Bekanntheit durch ihre Version von «In the Air Tonight» von Phil Collins, die im Soundtrack des Films *Miami Vice* (2006) verwendet wurde. Zu ihren bekanntesten Songs gehören: «In The Air Tonight», «Your Eyes», «The Enemy Within».
