The Explosion war eine Punk-Rock-Band aus Boston, Massachusetts. Aktiv von ungefähr 2000 bis 2007 veröffentlichte die Band zwei Alben bei Virgin Records: "The Explosion" (2003) und "The Explosion" (2005).
