Hot Cross è stata una band hardcore proveniente da Philadelphia. Il gruppo era composto da ex membri di band come Saetia (vocalista Billy Werner e batterista Greg Drudy, anche membro fondatore e batterista originale degli Interpol), Off Minor (bassista/chitarrista Matt Smith), You and I (chitarrista Casey Boland) e Joshua Fit For Battle (bassista/chitarrista Josh Jakubowski). Le loro canzoni presentano chitarre intricate (e all'inizio della carriera, duelli di chitarre) pesantemente influenzate da Drive Like Jehu.
