Victor Manuelle, all'anagrafe Víctor Manuel Ruiz Velázquez, è un musicista, cantante e compositore statunitense di origine portoricana. Noto per la sua voce potente e il suo stile musicale che fonde elementi tradizionali della salsa con influenze contemporanee, Manuelle ha raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '90 grazie a successi come "Yo No Me Dejo" e "Cuando Tu Me Besas". Nato a New York da genitori portoricani, Manuelle inizia la sua carriera musicale all'età di 12 anni suonando il bongos. Inizia a cantare in locali di salsa a New York e nel 1994 pubblica il suo album di debutto "The Sound of Salsa".
