Paps'N'Skar è stato un duo musicale italiano attivo nel genere dance, noto anche con il nome d'arte Sally Can Dance. Il gruppo si è formato nel 1994 da Emanuele Cozzi, in arte "Paps", e Davide Scarpulla, in arte "Skar". Entrambi provenivano da una comune esperienza scolastica e successivamente avevano collaborato come tecnici del suono a Radio Monte Carlo. Il loro successo è arrivato con il singolo "Sally Can Dance" (1995), che ha raggiunto le classifiche italiane e internazionali. Il brano, caratterizzato da un ritmo contagioso e un testo semplice ma efficace, ha contribuito a definire l'immagine di Paps'N'Skar come una delle band dance più popolari degli anni '90. Oltre a "Sally Can Dance", il duo ha pubblicato altri successi come "The Rhythm of the Night" (1996) e "Let Me Be Your Lover" (1997). La loro musica, caratterizzata da sonorità elettroniche e melodie orecchiabili, ha influenzato la scena dance italiana e internazionale. Dopo un periodo di pausa, Paps'N'Skar si sono sciolti nel 2000.
