Band of Skulls è un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi nel 2008 da Russell Marsden (chitarra, voce), Emma Richardson (basso, voce) e Matt Hayward (batteria). I tre si sono conosciuti all'università e hanno iniziato a suonare in locali notturni nella zona di Londra. Inizialmente si chiamavano Fleeing New York, ma nel novembre 2008 hanno cambiato nome in Band of Skulls.
