Dr. Dre, eigentlich Andre Romelle Young, ist ein amerikanischer Musiker, Musikproduzent und Unternehmer, geboren in Compton, Kalifornien, 1965. Als einer der Pioniere des Gangsta Rap und des West Coast Hip Hops hat Dr. Dre einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf die zeitgenössische Musik ausgeübt.
