Hiatus Kaiyote ist eine australische Neo-Soul-Band, die 2011 in Melbourne gegründet wurde. Das Quartett, bestehend aus Nai Palm (Gesang, Gitarre), Paul Bender (Bass), Simon Mavin (Schlagzeug) und Cam Avery (Keyboards, Backing Vocals), zeichnet sich durch einen reichen und komplexen Sound aus, der Elemente von Jazz, Funk, Elektronik und Weltmusik miteinander verbindet.
