David Brent Nail (geboren am 18. Mai 1979 in Kennett, Missouri) ist ein amerikanischer Country-Musiker. 2002 debütierte er mit dem Single "Memphis", der sich auf den Billboard Country Charts auf Platz 52 platzierte und als Lead-Single seines unveröffentlichten gleichnamigen Debütalbums diente. 2007 unterschrieb er bei MCA Nashville (die wie Mercury zur Universal Music Group Nashville gehört) und veröffentlichte seinen zweiten Chart-Hit, eine Coverversion von "I'm About to Come Alive" der Band Train. Es folgte 2009 "Red Light", sein erster Top-10-Country-Hit. Beide Songs sind auf seinem Debütalbum "I'm About to Come Alive" enthalten, das am 18. August 2009 veröffentlicht wurde. Nail war Mitglied der Bruderschaft Pi Kappa Alpha, Kapitel Delta Theta an der Arkansas State University.
