Louis Daniel Armstrong, conosciuto come Satchmo o Pops, è stato uno dei più influenti musicisti jazz americani del XX secolo. Nato a New Orleans nel 1901, Armstrong iniziò la sua carriera musicale suonando il corno in strada e partecipando a gruppi musicali locali.
