Francis Dunnery è un musicista e compositore inglese nato il 25 dicembre 1962. È noto principalmente per la sua carriera solista iniziata nel 1990, ma ha raggiunto popolarità anche come frontman del gruppo It Bites dal 1982 al 1990.
