The Notting Hillbillies sono un gruppo musicale britannico formatosi nel 1980 da Mark Knopfler (conosciuto per essere il chitarrista e cantante dei Dire Straits), Guy Fletcher e Brendan Croker. Il loro stile musicale si colloca nell'ambito dell'alternative country, con influenze folk e rockabilly. Il nome del gruppo è un omaggio al quartiere di Notting Hill a Londra, dove hanno registrato gran parte della loro musica. La band ha pubblicato un solo album in studio, "Missing Presumed Having Good Time", nel 1980. L'album ha riscosso un discreto successo e contiene brani come "The Ballad of the Notorious B.I.G.", "Don't Let Me Down" e "This Is The Life".
