Colin James Hay è un cantautore, chitarrista e musicista scozzese naturalizzato australiano, nato a Dundee nel 1953. È conosciuto soprattutto come ex componente del gruppo musicale Men at Work, con cui ha raggiunto il successo internazionale negli anni '80.
