Mattia Toni di Castelnovo ne' Monti in provincia di Reggio Emilia, è laureato in Scienze della Comunicazione. A 19 anni si avvicina al mondo della musica, frequentando l'Istituto Musicale Merulo del suo paese. In quel periodo studiando affina le sue tecniche vocali e strumentali suonando ed esibendosi con alcune rock band. Nel 2015 compone e interpreta, da solista, "We're in love tonight" diventata sigla del Gay Village di Roma. Nel 2016 apre il suo canale YouTube e inizia a pubblicare le sue canzoni con video autoprodotti. Nell'estate 2018 produce il singolo "Before the summer ends", ottenendo un buon riscontro sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, a cui fa seguito "Like This". Mattia, dopo aver girato l'Europa con ospitate live nei maggiori club, non perde mai d'occhio il suo lavoro in studio per preparare il primo album e proseguire con l'attività di producer. Nel 2019 ha pubblicato "This is love", dove canta il desiderio di diventare padre, "Dance" con cui racconta il suo amore per l'estate, il mare e il ballo e "My Phone". Il 7 agosto 2020 è tornato in radio con "La Notte", in italiano, seguito a settembre da "Fino all'alba". Di recente è uscito "Dove Quando". L'11 giugno ha pubblicato "Un'estate andata un po' così" e il 30 luglio "Wait for me". Il 29 ottobre 2021 esce "QUALCOSA QUASI INSPIEGABILE".
