Disrupt è stata una band grindcore crust punk anarchica americana proveniente da Boston, Massachusetts. Attiva tra gli anni '80 e '90, ha pubblicato un unico album di largo successo, *Unrest* (1992) per l'etichetta Relapse Records. La band ha però acquisito un seguito cult grazie a diversi EP su 7 pollici distribuiti underground e alle apparizioni in compilation. Il loro sound era caratterizzato da velocità estrema, riff distorti e testi politici di forte impatto. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The State", "No Future" e "Disrupt".
