Sadist è un gruppo musicale italiano di genere death metal formatosi nel 1991. Considerati uno dei pionieri del movimento death metal in Italia, hanno contribuito a definire il sound oscuro e aggressivo della scena underground europea. Il loro stile musicale si caratterizza per riff pesanti, batteria veloce e testi spesso incentrati su temi di violenza, morte e oscurità. Tra i loro album più importanti figurano "Lego", "Sadist", "Above the Light" e "Crust". Il gruppo ha collaborato con numerosi artisti del panorama metal internazionale, consolidando la propria posizione come una delle band italiane più influenti nel genere. I brani rappresentativi includono "The Last Supper", "Blood and Tears", "Beyond the Grave" e "In the Name of Death".
