Rivers Cuomo è il frontman e principale compositore del gruppo rock Weezer, attivo dal 1992. Nato a New York nel 1970, Cuomo ha trascorso la sua infanzia in Giappone prima di trasferirsi in California. Influenzato da band come The Beatles, Queen e Pixies, Cuomo ha fondato il Weezer con Matt Sharp, Patrick Wilson e Jason Cropper.
