Tony Rebel, geboren als Patrick George Anthony Barrett am 15. Januar 1962 in Manchester Parish, Jamaika, ist ein jamaikanischer Reggae-Deejay. Zu Beginn seiner Karriere trat er als Sänger auf, unter den Namen Papa Tony oder Tony Ranking, bei lokalen Talentshows und auf Soundsystemen wie dem von Sugar Minott, 'Youth Promotion'. Seine erste Single, "Casino", wurde 1988 auf dem Label MGB veröffentlicht.
