Cadaver è stata una band death metal proveniente da Råde, Norvegia. Attiva a cavallo tra gli anni '80 e '90, il gruppo ha vissuto un breve periodo di successo prima di sciogliersi nel 1993. Nel 1999, il progetto è riemerso sotto la nuova denominazione Cadaver Inc., con al comando l'unico membro fondatore rimasto. Per il loro ultimo album, hanno optato per il nome originale Cadaver e si sono sciolti definitivamente nel 2004. Il sound di Cadaver era caratterizzato da un approccio brutale e grezzo al death metal, influenzato dal thrash metal e dalla musica black metal. Tra i brani più rappresentativi ricordiamo 'Necrotic', 'The Unholy' e 'Bloodlust'.
