Dyecrest è un gruppo musicale finlandese attivo dal 2001. Il genere musicale principale del gruppo è il metal sinfonico, con influenze progressive e gothic. Tra i membri più noti figura Kimmo Blom, noto anche per le sue collaborazioni con altri artisti metal finlandesi come Nightwish. Il loro album di debutto, *The Way of Pain*, risale al 2003 e ha ricevuto un'accoglienza positiva dalla critica. Nel 2006 hanno pubblicato *This Is My World*, che ha consolidato il loro successo e li ha portati a esibirsi in festival metal internazionali.
