La Goombay Dance Band è un gruppo musicale tedesco attivo principalmente negli anni '70, fondato da Oliver Bendt. Il nome del gruppo deriva da una piccola baia sull'isola caraibica di Santa Lucia. Il loro stile musicale si caratterizza per l'utilizzo di strumenti tradizionali caraibici e ritmi reggae, creando un sound solare e coinvolgente che ha riscosso grande successo in Europa.
