I Plasmatics sono stati una band punk rock statunitense originaria di New York, attiva dal 1977 al 1988. Conosciuti per il loro sound aggressivo e le performance provocatorie, guidate dalla carismatica cantante Wendy O. Williams, hanno contribuito a definire l'estetica del movimento punk degli anni '80.
