Trisomie 21 è un gruppo musicale francese formatosi nel 1981 a Denain dai fratelli Hervé e Philippe Lomprez. Considerati pionieri del movimento punk-rock francese, hanno raggiunto una certa notorietà negli anni '80 con la loro musica energica e le performance dal vivo coinvolgenti. Il nome del gruppo fa riferimento alla sindrome di Down, scelta per sottolineare il loro rifiuto delle convenzioni sociali e l'inclusione di persone diverse. Trisomie 21 ha pubblicato diversi album, tra cui "Le Grand Délire" (1983) e "L'Amour est un Combat" (1985), che hanno contribuito a definire il suono del punk francese. La loro musica è caratterizzata da riff di chitarra aggressivi, testi politici e sociali, e una forte componente melodica. Nonostante la scomparsa di Hervé Lomprez nel 2003, il gruppo continua ad esibirsi con Philippe Lomprez alla guida.
