Primitive Radio Gods sind eine amerikanische Alternative Rock Band aus Südkalifornien. Die Gruppe besteht aus dem Frontmann Chris O'Connor, der Gesang, Gitarre und Bass spielt; Tim Lauterio an den Percussion-Instrumenten; und Luke McAuliffe, der verschiedene zusätzliche Instrumente (Gitarren, Violinen, Klavier) beisteuert sowie einen Großteil der Kunstwerke, die auf den Alben und der Website der Band erschienen sind. Der ehemalige Mitglied Jeff Sparks schrieb, sang und spielte Bass, bevor er der Band 2001 zum Verfolgen anderer musikalischer Projekte beitrat.
