Local H ist ein US-amerikanisches Rockduo des Genres Alternative Rock, das 1987 in Zion, Illinois gegründet wurde. Die ursprüngliche Besetzung bestand aus Scott Lucas (Gesang, Gitarre) und Joe Daniels (Schlagzeug). Ihr Debütalbum *Ham Fisted* erschien 1995, erreichte aber aufgrund des Rückgangs des Grunge-Movements keine großen Erfolge.
