Tommy Castro (nato il 15 aprile 1955 a San Jose, California) è un chitarrista e cantante statunitense di blues, R and B e rock. Inizia la sua carriera discografica a metà degli anni '90. La sua musica lo porta da palcoscenici locali a tour nazionali e internazionali. Nel 2008 vince il Blues Music Award come Artista dell'Anno, consacrandosi come uno dei nomi più importanti del panorama blues contemporaneo. Secondo The Chicago Sun-Times, Castro suona un "R and B con influenze di Memphis... blues di altissima qualità". Blurt aggiunge: "Castro ha una voce soul, una chitarra tagliente e è un eccellente compositore e cantante. Se chiudi gli occhi, avrai l'impressione di ascoltare Otis Redding cantare nel 1967... incredibile.".
