Paul Weller, all'anagrafe John William Weller, è un musicista britannico nato a Woking, Surrey, il 25 maggio 1958. Noto per la sua versatilità e influenza sulla musica britannica, ha attraversato diverse fasi musicali, passando dal punk rock al mod revival, fino alla musica soul e all'indie pop. Iniziò la sua carriera come frontman dei Jam (1976-1982), band che divenne un fenomeno culturale grazie a brani come "Town Called Malice", "Going Underground" e "A Town Called Malice".
