Satellite Party war eine alternative Rockband, die 2004 von Perry Farrell, dem Sänger der Jane's Addiction, gegründet wurde, nachdem sich die Band aufgelöst hatte. Die ursprüngliche Besetzung bestand aus Farrell, Carl Restivo am Bass und Etty Lau Farrell, Farrells Frau, an den Drums. Das Projekt entstand als Zusammenarbeit zwischen Farrell und Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme), der im Juli 2007 das Projekt verließ. Die Band veröffentlichte 2006 ihr selbstbetiteltes Album "Satellite Party", das alternative Rock-Sounds mit psychedelischen und progressiven Einflüssen aufweist. Zu den bekanntesten Songs gehören "The Light" und "I'm Not Your Man".
