Paul Westerberg è un cantautore e musicista statunitense, nato a Duluth, Minnesota, il 5 marzo 1959. È noto soprattutto per essere stato il fondatore, voce solista e principale autore dei Replacements, una delle band alternative rock più influenti degli anni '80. Westerberg ha caratterizzato la sua musica con testi introspettivi e melodie orecchiabili, spesso incentrati su temi di disillusione, solitudine e malinconia.
