Moncef Genoud è un musicista e compositore svizzero di origini marocchine, noto per il suo stile musicale che fonde elementi di jazz, world music e progressive rock. Nato a Carouge, in Svizzera, nel 1958, Genoud ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '70 suonando con diverse band locali. Nel corso degli anni '80 si è affermato come artista solista, pubblicando album che hanno riscosso successo sia in Europa che in Africa.
